Some may find it amazing that Hawaii doesn’t have tons of boat marinas, with marina front homes and condos to be found everywhere.  Although Oahu offers plenty of gorgeous beachfront homes and ocean view homes, there are very few marina front homes in Hawaii.  You will find a few in the Kaneohe Bay area, as well as the newly developed Ko’olina area, but it is really Hawaii Kai that’s the only place on the island that offers this unique kind of housing and boating lifestyle.

In Hawaii Kai you can own a home with a dock right in front, with an inner harbor, many canals and lagoons and access to the open ocean.
